Description
To help meet the needs of our rapidly growing program, Applied Behavioral Interventions (ABI) a specialist in providing diagnostic evaluations and intensive behavioral health services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders, now has an opening for a qualified and licensed NYS BCBA as a Program Supervisor to help conduct assessments, provide field supervision and oversee many of the clinical aspects of the care we provide. The position would be located in our Bronx office and eventually relocating to Westchester County, NY. 
Our Program Supervisor will be involved in overseeing the clinical activities associated with our program.  Further, he/she will support management by reviewing systems, creating reports and maintaining dashboards to monitor quality assurance indicators and identify areas for performance improvement.  Oversight and supervisory responsibilities will initially extend to recruiting, staffing, quality assurance and staff retention. The program supervisor will be charged with overseeing both the in-home and clinic-based ABA services and assessments for individuals with autism spectrum disorders. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide clinical supervision and program management for interventionists. 
• Conduct assessments, both initial and ongoing.
• Develop treatment plans that include measures such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS.
• Develop individualized curriculums and programming.
• Hire and train new interventionists and other licensed clinicians.
• Provide all clinical staff with routine professional development trainings. 
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).      
• Experience with a wide range of ages and abilities a plus.
• Experience using Verbal Behavior techniques a plus. 
• Assist with marketing/outreach efforts.
• Bilingual a plus.
 
REQUIREMENTS: 
 
• Must be a BCBA or BCBA-D
• Must have at least 3 years experience working with children with Autism using ABA methods
• Must have at least 2 years supervisory experience
• Must be both a: 

• New York State licensed behavior analyst as authorized by the NYS Office of the Professions and 
• Certified as a behavior analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
